This abandoned inn lies buried deep in the mountains of Germany in a small town that has been shrinking over the past decades due to the rural exodus in the area. The bank only opens for a few hours on three days every week, the former pharmacy is being used for storage by the local museum, and the old primary school is now the office of the only doctor in town - special area of expertise: geriatric rehabilitation.
The little inn is also victim of this sad development. The picturesque building used to be the town's train station in earlier days, but nowadays, rain, snow and wind are entering through the open windows and accelerating the decay of the structure.
There are no plans regarding the future of this building.
