Villa "Lakeside"

In the late 1930s, a German actor/director had a luxurious country house built on a lakeside property in a very prestigious residential area. The house had a thatched roof and was equipped with an indoor swimming pool, a wine cellar, a bowling alley, a boathouse and a garden house by the lake.

The country house burned down in the 1970s, but the then owner rebuilt it.

Until about 2010, the building was still in a good condition. Today it is empty and decaying.
