Unfortunately, there is no information regarding the history of this place.

After many years of abandonment, vandalism and arson, permission for demolition was given in early 2016 and scheduled for October, but due to police investigations after another fire that very month, the demolition was postponed.

At the end of November, the last wall fell, and "Hotel Zoll" was history.

There are plans to build an ambulance station on the premises.
